What is the return policy?

Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt of the item, return costs payable by the buyer (excluding error on our part, or defective). What are the shipping options?

You have the choice between Mondial relay (€4.30) or Colissimo at home (€7.99). You also have the choice of collecting your order directly from us, in Oise (60650 Saint Paul).
